Arrival: 25th July to Departure 1st August 2012 Registration Deadline is 16th May 2012 ********************** Photo journaling is the process of recording images as the artist searches for new creative expressions. For many textile artists photography is a major reference source. Others use it to create exciting and colorful fabric to use in their next work of art. Explore the Italian countryside with photojournalist and artist, Kerby Smith, to sharpen your creative focus and build your library of valuable original images. Whether you use a point-and-shoot camera or a more sophisticated digital camera with interchangeable lenses, learn the secrets of taking the best pictures with it. In this fun filled week you will take hundreds of pictures and find out how to quickly edit them for the most impact in your photo journal. Produce a photo journal of your adventure to Abruzzo and tap the secret of how to optimize those digital images for use later in blogs, books and fabric.
